Zara 2.0

Hola everybody. Happy new week. For those that actually enjoyed their longer weekend off, how was it? Ours was awesome ! Anything that involves my love ones always are the best of time ever. Today is all about crochet and florals. Since Zara had a great sale that has already started and still ongoing, I took advantage and purchase some that I been eyeing since it became available. This matching floral jacket and shorts are the first ones on my list. However, I did not like it as much as the one's I got from last year. See here. The shorts fits me oddly I think and the jacket well, it's ok. I like that it has a pebbled texture and not smooth as the shorts. Although they are a matching pair in terms of prints, the fabric were totally different. The crochet top, it is a size XS. It has an oversized/boxy fit.
The sleeves are a bit longer.
As I am almost done with this post and looking at how the whole outfit and pictures came out,  I may have to agree with my son.
He told me that this is not the best clothes for me.
As soon as I came out, my precocious and super opinionated 8 year old said he didn't like it.
What you didn't like, I asked?
All of it :( - today may not be my lucky day.........
I apologized for some blurry pictures today. My dear photographer were in a darn hurry butt :).
I hope you have a fantastic day....
Yay or nay?
Thank you from the heart.
xoxo
Sam

  4. I stalk my clothes until they go on sale too. It's a cute outfit, too bad it doesn't fit the way you would like. It's always a disappointment when something that you've stalked doesn't fit right.

    1. ha ha i wish it works for me all the time. Usually my size runs out so quick. It happens to me already that while I was shopping my items were gone before I can even check out. Someone bought it before me, arrggghhh. It may be the top and yes always a disappointment when that happens.

  5. I think the shorts and top look beautiful paired together! I took advantage of the huge Zara sale too this summer and I found some great deals! Zara is one of my favorites but it's usually too expensive for me since I'm on a college budget. But I think you came across some great finds! The shorts are so vibrant and perfect for summer!

  6. I actually like this outfit on you and I like the matching floral jacket and shorts. I think the loose fit of the shorts give a casual and relaxed feeling to the look.

  19. Yeah, I have your same problem ordering things online... They fit weird or are too big on me! It really is a disappointment when a piece of clothing doesn't work the way you want it to. Hopefully, if you wear them out a bit and get a better feeling for them, then you'll like it more! I personally think they are beautiful pieces!:)
