Floral pink

Hooray for Friday!!!!!! Keeping everything in my outfit simple but with a pop of something something. I did it in small dosage. A pop of floral here via my long lost forgotten scarf and of course the pop of red for my footsies. The weather here is still finicky but dreaming of spring is not a long stretch either. A pale pink jacket + floral scarf would do the trick for now. And you know what they say, if you keep on dreaming and wear something spring like colors.... It will come sooner :)
Thank you from the heart.

Mix prints

Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great day so far. And how was your weekend? Did you do anything fun and exciting? I can't believe I did not get bored watching a 4 hour long movie. Mind you no breaks....  It's an old classic that maybe some or most of you might not even heard of until now. It's called Gone With The Wind ! Based on the book with the same title. If it doesn't ring a bell, please google it. Since we now lived in ATL, the book and movie has a strong ties in ATL because the famous author(Margaret Mitchell) was from here. I am sure you will fell in love with the characters of Scarlett O'Hara and Rhett Battler. But enough of this and let us get to business.
Today I am mixing 3 prints. Never done this before. I had a max of 2 to be exact. Or maybe I did when I was little and in one of those days where I play dressed up, I might have been. 3 prints, eh??? what do you think? Plaid being the main highlight while the stripes and leopard in little doses. Fourth print most definitely not but a pairing with an understated ripped jeans is certainly a ok.
Easy peasy if you ask me.
Thank you from the heart.
xoxo

Sporty

I am no way a sporty girl of any sort. Once when I was in high school I played volleyball and not really good at it. I even got hit by the fall in my face, embarrassing enough but it's the truth.  This top varsity inspired jacket is dressy enough and yet it still give that sporty vibe. Wearing it is as closest I can call myself sporty. Although sometimes I play soccer with my son but that only last about 10 minutes or so.  But if and when shopping becomes a sport, I think that I'll be good at it that it hurts..... :)
This trend has been around for a while now.  So is it a Yay or Nay for you?
I hope you have a fantastic weekend and thank you for coming back.
xoxo

Scuba dooba doo

Happy Wednesday everyone. For the last few days our weather here in Atl definitely shows signs that Spring is just around the corner. Such a perfect day to wear a new favorite, the scuba skirt! She's a stronger, thicker scuba fabric that flares out. This baby can literally stand on it's own even though it feels so lightweight to wear.
I have a lot of errands to do today so I am signing off here.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Xoxo

Brights

If you are not feeling good, sad, going through a difficult time or the weather is such a drag and dreary....... I hope the bright colors of my jacket and sweater lightens your load, lift your spirit up, brings you hope and a smile on your pretty face :) !
This jacket has long been forgotten and never wear often. It is one of my great finds and can be dependable on days that I need a shield from windy cool days.
Have a fabulous Monday everyone and thank you for stopping by!

My Valentine

It's Valentine's day once again. I don't exactly remember what we did last year and yet here we are again celebrating this event. Surely 2014 is faster than it seems. No biggie plan for us. My husband and I both agreed not to get each other anything fancy for a gift. For me, a good dinner somewhere would be enough. I would even prefer for him and my son to make me a home made card than the one they can buy at store. Or even a handwritten letter would even be better! I am even ok celebrating at home. I want to surprise him but he's always one step ahead of me. Well I will find out somehow.

How are you celebrating? Tell me about it next time. But for now, loved and be love..... Happy  Valentine's day!
xoxo

Sun cascade

The weather has been pretty mild here in Atlanta for the last few days. I did not miss a chance to free my feet from rotation of boots, tights and close toe heels and opted for something that sparkle, shiny and just simply gorgeous. I cannot think of anything else but my Sun Cascade sandals. I took her for a spin on a beautiful Saturday errands combine with mommy and Dylan day. Considering my feet has been adorned with precious jewels handcrafted, well padded and beautifully made. My feet was spoiled for that day is what I can say....Even a  conversation starter for I was stop by several women complementing my new footwear.
Most often we wear jewelry on our necks, arm, hand but why not a jewelry for your feet courtesy of Fibi&Clo, designed in New York with southern love !
I hope you have a fabulous Monday and thank you for your time. I am dreaming of Spring already and I know you do too.
xoxo
