Think PINK

Hello everyone. October is the breast cancer awareness month. A cause that is very near and dear to my heart. I loss my sister in law a few years ago with this ugly disease. She was young when she died. Leaving my brother and 2 young kids in sorrow and pain. I thought about her of what it might have been if she had survive. I thought about random stories that we would talk about if she succeed her battle. I thought about her fears leaving her young children without a mother. And since my brother remarried already, I thought about if her children still miss her, if they still thinks about her.  This is for you Grace, for all the women who are survivors, for all those that are still fighting for their lives and for all who loss their fight. To hopefully one day we can find a cure that all the affected will only need to take is a pill and cancer will simply go away.
I miss my sister in law and yet somehow having to know how she struggle and fought, I am relieve that she is now peaceful and her body will not hurt anymore. Grace, please continue to watch over us especially your children.
Happy Monday everyone. I hope you are having a great start. Stay healthy and happy !

  25. Awww what a very timely post Sam.....I'm currently mourning the loss of a high school classmate who just passed away due to breast cancer. You have no idea how our whole HS batch cried when she passed away all the more because she left a 17 year old son. I'm praying that a cure to the deadly disease be finally discovered.
